Joseph Patuleia

Executive Director

Education: Master’s Degree in Education, Harvard University; Master’s Degree in Education, Salem State University; Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Fitchburg State University

Joe has been a high school mathematics teacher, men’s and women’s athletic coach, high school principal, executive director of a youth serving NYC nonprofit, and currently is the Executive Director of Boys Hope Girls Hope of New York. Throughout his professional life, Joe has elevated and guided the success of organizations intended to develop youth into good citizens and productive members of society.   He has led these organizations in their efforts to provide an impact, the kind that makes a difference. By providing in and after school support in academics and character development, Joe’s goal is always the same: helping kids to grow positively and achieve success.

In order to accomplish the goal, Joe has raised money for supplemental high school programs outside a budget,  and  for nonprofits to fully realize its mission. Whether raising through proposals, events, capital campaigns or engaging donors, Joe has been successful by combining meaningful metrics, common sense and passion.  A part of the strategy is monitoring expenses efficiently. His most recent efforts resulted in the building of a boys & girls clubhouse in Harlem, and needed renovations the organization’s other buildings.

Joe’s enthusiasm about youth development missions is a core ingredient in his success and strategy implementation.
