Executive Chef, Chris Neary of J.Kings Food Service Professionals and Chef Sinead Corcoran of Brilliance Consulting prepared the meals. Chef Neary demonstrated how the stuffed chicken meal was prepared and Chef Corcoran demonstrated how the arugula salad was prepared. The scholars and staff enjoyed a meal that included filet mignon, stuffed chicken, creamed spinach, arugula salad, scalloped potatoes and a variety of desserts.
